The best thing is its free, no signing up to weekly weight watching clubs or expense gym memberships.

For healthy and safe weight loss stay away from any fat loss supplements or diet pills as they simply aren’t needed to achieve you weight loss goals. Instead simply include a side salad with your main meals and replace snacks like chocolate bars/crisps with a piece of fruit whilst going for a 20 minute run done 3 times a week and watch as your weight drops while you stay safe and healthy.
