Fast Weight Loss Diet – Lose 5 Pounds Per Week – Free Diets & Exercises

Why is so important with an effective metabolic fat burning process? The first thing that comes into mind is of course that it will help you keep your weight and to not gain weight. If you want to lose weight is just as important maybe even more important.

To lose weight you have to release and burn more fat than you store, thus the importance of burning as much or more fat than you consume.

If you burn fat effective it will increase your stamina because you use fat for energy instead of your limited glycogen storages. It doesn’t matter if you runs marathon, if you are exercising aerobics or if you are physically inactive, you will get the advantage of an effective fat burning process.

Besides weight loss there are other improvements from an effective metabolization, you keep the fats out of your blood where it could do damage (cardio vascular diseases). Instead you fat will be used as effective fuel for your muscles.

Obesity and health

Fat burning and weight loss is not just about aesthetics and looking good. As mentioned earlier it is also very important for your health. Obesity increases the risk of cardi-vascular diseases, diabetes mellitus (type 2), some kinds of cancer, high blood pressure and gallstone.

Another severe problem to the overweight population is that they often are discriminated. If you are or have been overweight you know that you are met by others differently, it feels as if they think less of you. In my case, firstly I got really angry with people, but as time goes by I started to accept the idea that I was a loser and started to think of myself as that too.

This is unacceptable! But it is very hard (or least it was to me) to change the way people look at you, talk to you and listen to you. The easiest way for me was to lose my excessive weight. I know that it is like fleeing and hiding from the problem but I felt I had enough problems as it was.
