Thousands of people have successfully lost weight with this well known program. Weight Watchers recently just introduced their new program called “Momentum.” Momentum helps you to choose foods that keep you full longer, so you don’t over eat because of hunger, mindless snacking, or just a bad day.
Diets That Work #2: DietWatch DietWatch.com started in 1999 backed by dietitian Jennifer May. It is one of the most comprehensive and easiest to use, and internet-only weight loss program. I really liked the fact that it introduced a great 8 week course called “Mastering Foods” which addresses the emotional eating problem. For an extra fee, you can learn to manage hunger and get rid of emotional eating habit. It’s basic service is about $2.99 per week.
Diets That Work #3: Glycemic Impact Diet This diet can be a good choice for you if you: crave sugar and sweet, have mood swings and/or irritability, or have been feeling low on energy. But if you don’t want to eat meals and snacks more frequently and you want fast food in your diet plan, this may not be a good choice for you. This diet is based on the concept of Glycemic Index. Foods with low Glycemic Index value release sugar into the blood at a lower speed, supplying you with a slow yet steady energy so that you don’t feel hungry as fast. I like the fact this diet combined the best parts from diets such as South Beach Diet and the Zone diet.
