EODD – Easy Weight Loss Without Calorie Counting
You’ve tried everything to lose weight, but to no avail. Sure, you’ve lost a few pounds but all you end up doing is gaining it all back or sometimes you put on more weight than you started with. This usually happens with fad diets where people eat only lemons, for example. This isn’t healthy and all you’re losing when you go one of these diets is water weight and your sanity. A lot of people decide to go on a DIY diet, dramatically cutting down on their food intake almost to the point of starving themselves, and yes they will lose weight but it won’t be just the fat they lose. Their bodies will rapidly consume the muscles as well. So they WILL be thin, but just skin and bone. It’s crucial that you use a diet program that has been designed by an expert nutritionist to ensure that you not only lose the weight but that you don’t cause your body serious damage in the process.
But I don’t want to give up my favorite foods!
Many people are put off dieting because it would mean giving up their favorite foods so they just accept being overweight. The thing is there are great diet programs now which allow you to continue eating your favorite foods whilst also losing the weight. like the EODD for instance, which encourages you to eat these foods but only at certain times. So you can still enjoy your cheeseburgers, Pizzas, french Fries etc without feeling guilty!! But you must stick to the plan of when you can eat these things, In order to lose the fat you must vary the amount of calories you consume from day to day, so one day you will eat unhealthy food (your favorites) and another day healthy food.
What about calorie counting?
It will no doubt please you to know that there is no calorie counting involved in the EODD diet plan, in fact it’s taboo. So you will not suffer from the food cravings normally associated with dieting. I know that takes some getting your head around but it means you will develop a much happier and more relaxed relationship with food.
