Yes, it really is possible to shed 2 -4 pounds of body fat every week on a healthy balanced diet, on a diet that won’t make us sick and scrawny with no energy. All this is possible if we know how to diet smart.
Most women (and men) don’t diet smart. They yo-yo-diet and try crash diets or diet pills. All of these methods won’t work in the end and are truly unhealthy. Losing 2 – 4 pounds of fat per week is about as fast as our bodies can go, so this is a really fast diet. It’s fast AND healthy.
Real Food
We need a diet that’s easy to stick to and works with real food we can find at the grocery store or in a restaurant. Other wise it’s just not going to work, we’ll blow it. And dangerous pills aren’t the answer either.
I have a close friend, who’s actually an MD (yes even doctors do foolish things), who started taking diet pills in a false hope that these would work for her quickly. Well, one day while on call she actually had a major dizzy spell.
She couldn’t get up from the hospital bed for around one and a half hours and the room just kept on spinning and spinning. The drugs that are around today are dangerous and I do not recommend even considering them.

Our body has basically two sets of hormones when it comes to body fat, those that store and those that burn. They are always at war with each other inside of our bodies. We need to help the fat burning hormones win the war and win it daily.
This is the way to diet intelligently. See our hormones are the masters of the body and if we can control them then losing fat rapidly is easy as pie. Pardon the delicious pun.
There are two ways which we manipulate our hormones in order to rapidly lose fat weight and get a much slimmer sexier shape and that is with calorie and carbohydrate cycling.
Once we know how to use these concepts we won’t even need to exercise and we can lose fat weight basically at will. Now, I do recommend exercise for the health benefits, but you really won’t need it.
And while being on this diet we’re actually eating a lot of food, and eating it all throughout the day. Once we put the principles of dieting science on our side we simply can’t miss our target.
