Diets that work fast for women have to take key things into account that all women go through. We are simply WAY different than men. Facts of life that frustrate me about men and women regarding weight loss: We must accept that men will lose weight faster than us women. We watch what we eat way more than they do and they lose weight faster. Men burn more calories than us with every move they make.

They have more muscle thanks to the testosterone and that muscle is more efficient at fat burning. Men have higher metabolisms than us women. If you live with a man who seems to be able to eat WHATEVER he wants WHENEVER he wants that can make you feel jealous and frustrated. And the second you start eating like he does you blow up like a balloon and he stays slim or gets slimmer!

So what can you do?

Focus on a diet that will work for a woman and quit comparing your weight loss to the man in your life. Because it will be a losing battle.

We are busily taking care of everyone else in the family. We need a easy diet plan we can implement without feeling like we have taken on a part time job!

If we are gonna lose weight fast we have to stay on the plan. And if the food isn’t tasty we are gonna ditch the diet the first day.
